After a first quick test, this photo tent seems to live up to expectations. The format 70x70x70cm is suitable for larger objects. I don't find Velcro very handy ("sticks" sometimes too quickly), but the light tent is easy to set up, fold and store. The Velcro to attach the backgrounds could have been a bit bigger. And indeed, as reported in another review, an extra attachment for the front flap would have been handy, which easily falls back. I think the light output is sufficient. At iso 400 I have enough light to use aperture 2.8 for a limited depth of field (to accentuate details). The photos in this review were simply taken with a smartphone, without the supplied diffusion cloth.

According to our light tent expert
Thanks to the reflective interior, your subject will be evenly lit.
For easy transport, this photo tent can be transformed into a bag.
This set's light yield isn't suitable for long-distance use.
The Caruba Portable Photocube LED 70x70x70cm is a ready-made light tent for photographing small subjects. The top flap of this tent contains small LEDs. Thanks to the silver, reflective interior, your subject will be lit evenly. If you want to soften the light and the shadows, you can hang up the included diffuse canvas in the tent. The cube is completely collapsible. That way, you can turn the tent into a compact bag that you can easily carry around in order to photograph on location. In addition to the diffuse canvas, black, white, gray, and orange canvases are included so you can experiment with various background colors. Use the included power adapter to power the tent.
