If you then unpack the chair and start to assemble it with the comments of other customers in mind, you will feel sorry for these vinegar whiners! The comments of "bad building instruction" make no sense unless you had trouble building Lego in your childhood! Beautiful glossy instruction in book form! "Head and back pads that stink" ?? Didn't notice anything, think the air is neutral and they smell themselves? To make a long story short; Great chair, nice material, good finish and very solid! I am 1.98 meters tall and weigh 100 kg.
