LG customer service also unfortunately fails because I had asked them whether it is normal that there is no background lighting on the right side of the display and there is on the left. After 3 weeks I called again and was told that there is no lighting on that side, which makes it difficult to read!

The disadvantage of the Twinwash is that you must have 3 groups if you also use a dryer! All in all, it is certainly not a bad buy, but also not the perfect machine.
