After I had been able to use this stove for several years before, but in the white version, I have now bought the stainless steel version for myself. A stove is a big purchase, and then you want something that is solid and can last a long time.
The white variant that I was allowed to use (four pieces, even), was present in a student house. Even with the intensive (mis)use there, these devices stood their ground. That is why my eye quickly fell on this model. Personally, I think the stainless steel version looks much nicer. The only thing it lacks is a storage compartment under the oven.
The main reason I chose this stove over the cheaper alternatives is the significantly larger oven, with grill function. The latter works really well if you want to prepare salmon, for example. Due to the lack of a fan, baking two or more pizzas at the same time will not go as well, but two cakes next to each other will work just fine. Due to the high maximum temperature, baking fries or fresh pizza is no problem at all.
The control knobs, unlike their white counterparts, I think are painted or coated, so they will wear out over time. Another known problem was the breakdown of the automatic ignition activation by the buttons, but then you will have to let them get really dirty. That's certainly not going to happen with the one I've got here.
In short: A solid thing with a nice oven that is suitable for baking everything. Highly recommended, even after prolonged use.
