I have used the machine a number of times and it sands well and feels good in the hand. Am happy with it. I did knock off the dust collector while sanding, which is slid onto it loosely. One has to get used to that. Other than that, a great device and exactly what I expected. The LXT battery system is as always very good and lasts a long time.

According to our sander expert
More control while sanding: adjust the sanding speed to your job, so you can sand hard and soft surfaces without problems.
For large and curved surfaces: with the round sole, you can easily sand and polish large or curved surfaces.
Sand anywhere cordlessly: the sander is cordless, so you can use it anywhere, even when there isn't a socket nearby.
No battery included: you don't get a battery, so you can't get started right away.
