According to our smart light expert
You can connect a maximum of 50 bulbs to 1 Philips bridge.
The Hue bulbs can be controlled remotely, even from abroad.
With their E27 fitting, HUE LED bulbs fit many lamps.
You need a stable WiFi network to control the lamps.
With the Philips Hue Starter Pack with Dimmer and Philip Hue White and Color Duo Pack, you have a complete set that you can use right away. After connecting the bridge to your router, you can control your Hue lights with the Philips Hue app on your smartphone or tablet (iOS and Android). You can choose every conceivable color from the color palette. Relaxing blue or energizing yellow? Everything's possible. The Hue LED lights can be controlled from anywhere in the world. The only thing you need is a stable internet or WiFi connection. This way, you'll never come home to a dark house and you can adjust your smart lighting to your mood at any desired moment.
Philips Hue lights are compatible with various smart home platforms like Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, IFTTT, and Apple HomeKit.

This is toooooo awesome. Has a lot of features, a lot of apps support it. It has nice dynamic features where the ligths change color over time. Can link with alexa. I can come in my room and say: 'Alexa, please turn on the ligths' and all my ligths go on. I feel like a God!
