Doesn't have a DVD player to play CDs and DVDs.
The Acer Aspire 5 A515-52G-70CN is a 15.6-inch laptop with an Intel Core i7 processor that lets you edit videos and run demanding software. Thanks to the NVIDIA GeForce MX130 video card, your video edits are smoothly displayed on the screen. Want to show your creations to others? Thanks to the IPS screen, you have a good overview from a wide angle, so you don't have to keep moving your laptop. I like the product. The Coolblue site offers a wide choice of laptops, so after carefully checking which options I wanted, I looked at thirteen laptops with the compare function and found this one the best. Was fine in my price range. Very positive about the backlit keyboard, you can turn this off during the day. Transferring all my data and downloading programs went fine. I notice a big difference with my old laptop in terms of speed because the processor is very fast and can perform multiple tasks at the same time. I'm also a student and the laptop lasted a whole lecture (4 hours) without putting it on saving mode or anything like that. The USB 3.0 ports work quickly, my mobile is quickly charged. I was only concerned at first that my USB cable wouldn't fit because the port felt stiff. Luckily it just fits. The screen is nice, I can see the image well from different angles. I mainly use it for homework and the laptop is well suited for that. There is no CD or DVD player, but that was not necessary for me, because fortunately there is an HDMI port.
