The MSI Optix MAG341CQ is a 34-inch ultrawide gaming monitor. Thanks to the screen's 1800R curve and the ultrawide aspect ratio, it'll feel like you're right in the middle of a game. Play games at a high 3440x1440-pixel resolution. Once you're in the midst of the action, the image remains smooth, thanks to the 100Hz refresh rate. You can also play at a high frame rate without any tearing and stuttering, thanks to AMD FreeSync support. In addition, you won't be bothered by any ghosting, thanks to the 4ms response time. With the integrated picture-in-picture and picture-by-picture modes let you choose your screen layout, and you can also use it as a substitute for 2 separate screens when you're working.

Note: For QHD gaming, you need a powerful video card, such as an NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPU or AMD Radeon RX 5000 series GPU, or an Xbox One X or S.

    In plaats van 2 schermen heb ik nu genoeg aan 1 die eenvoudig op te splitsen is. De software van MSI is niet de beste hiervoor (LG heeft betere split screen software) maar met 'Microsoft PowerToys' is het toch handig om de vensters te verdelen over het grote beeldscherm. De resolutie is goed voor kantoorwerk (1080 is te beperkt). Ik heb het scherm (nog) niet gebruikt voor games.

    I used to work with 2 27 inch monitors for my job and gaming.
    Due to the purchase of a new pc, I decided to buy a new monitor along with it. After a lot of research and hesitation, I ended up finding this one.
    The monitor has a nice design, and with its 3440x1440 resolution, it's picture perfect.
    Why you'd need an even higher resolution is beyond me, because I can't even tell pixels apart!

    The screen is perfect for gaming, thanks to the FreeSync compatibility and the refresh rate of 100 Hz. Also recommended for graphical design (Photoshop) and video editing (Premiere). The ports on the back are easily accessible and can be hidden quite efficiently. I'd say that the only con is that the screen's height can't be adjusted. Despite that, I'm more than happy with my purchase!
