According to our bread maker expert
With the Inventum BM125 at home you always enjoy fresh bread whenever you feel like it. You put the ingredients in the baking tin and select 1 of the 12 automatic programs. For example, you opt for the gluten-free program or the program for whole-grain bread. But this bread maker makes more than just bread. How about jam or cake? Nice for the weekend. There are 2 baking tins with the machine so you bake 2 different flavors in one go.

Experience for review with BM125: 10 months Bread is often good (photo 1). There are 2 options for bread weight: 900 and 1200 grams. I now bake wholemeal bread and for that I take 470 grams of flour + 300 grams of water. So that is a 770 gram bread and according to my experience that is the largest possible loaf that I can bake. The options of the BM125 "900 grams" and "1200 grams" are a lure. Even with a loaf of 820 g (500 g wholemeal flour + 320 g water), the bread sticks to the inside of the window and you can't scrub it clean that easily. The bread does not come out of the baking pan easily, because the bread forms a good crust on the underside under the two kneading hooks. 10 seconds of vigorous shaking is my record. The bread is badly damaged on the underside by these 2 kneading hooks (photo 2 gives a nice result). Kneading hook was missing at the first delivery, but solved perfectly by CoolBlue. After 4 months of purchase I returned the BM125 to CoolBlue. The baking pan regularly came loose during the kneading process at night and that woke us up (so we bake at night :) Then it also turned out that there was enormous wear on the 2 drive mechanisms. Rings of metal swarf had formed around it (photo 3). It seemed as if the alignment of those drives was not right. 4 months after purchase, so already a lot of wear and tear and returned to Coolblue. You won't hear me complain about Coolblue's service, quite the contrary! Received a new device, with the idea that it would be fine now, but it soon became apparent that wear and tear started again (photo 4). Also, the hooks sometimes come loose during the kneading process, even though I use a standard bread mix. That means failed breads or situations that can cause enormous damage to the non-stick coating (photo 5). I have registered the BM125 again 6 months after the return, but I no longer need a new BM125. I'm going to call about that now.
Pictures can't be uploaded unfortunately, I'll try later

I like the shape of the pans. In the past with another machine this was always a very high narrow loaf. Now something more ideal for cutting.

Bakes for excellent, easy to set, time indication how long the baking process will take. In short, very enjoyable.
