With the Omron AC Adapter, you can use your Omron blood pressure monitor without batteries. The adapter is suitable for the blood pressure monitors from the Omron M series and the X series. Note: you don't need the Omron AC adapter to use the blood pressure monitor. The adapter is an addition if you prefer to use the device without batteries.
