Description
With the Philips Hue Extension Cord for Outside, you ensure a larger distance between your power outlet and Philips Hue outdoor light. Or, extend the distance between Hue smart lights. You can connect this 2.5m cable to the AC adapter or a Hue light point for outside. You can then connect a Hue outdoor light to it. This way, you provide your entire garden with outdoor lighting. The maximum length for a system is 35m.

I needed this extension cable for my HUE outdoor lighting because the socket was just a little further away from where I wanted my lights to use the cables from the starter set. The cable is quite thick for 2x0.75mm2, so there will be a sturdy sheath around it. According to the Philips documentation, you can extend the cables up to a maximum total length of 30m. The couplings twist together securely and have an IP rating of 68, so can be submerged. I regret that there are only two variants of the cords: 2.5m with T-piece and 5m without T-piece. Unfortunately, a T-piece cannot be bought separately and there is no length of 1m or 7.5m for sale. (I hope Philips is reading along).
