According to our television expert
Thanks to the wide viewing angle, the image quality doesn't decrease when you watch the TV from the side.
The WebOS operating system brings live television, apps and the Internet together in a single access point.
You can wirelessly connect the television to the internet using WiFi.
The TV doesn't have a rotatable stand to turn it toward your viewing position.
With the LG 43UM7100, you can enjoy clear images in 4K resolution. Thanks to the IPS panel, the image is clearly visible from any angle. This way, the colors remain visible, no matter where you're seated. This is useful if you're watching a movie or sports competition with a large group. You can connect the TV wirelessly to the internet via WiFi. You use the operating system WebOs, with which you can watch apps such as YouTube and Netflix.
I have recently acquired this product and it has exceeded my expectations in almost all of it.
One of the reasons for choosing this television for me was that there are two USB ports and 4 HDMI ports on the television, so that I can directly connect many devices (Chromecast, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and Soundbar).
The television is the first to have a very nice screen with a 4K resolution and HDR10. It is a very nice screen for this price category.
This television really has a lot of options. It runs on LG's own Smart Platform WebOS and this is a well-functioning OS that you can easily browse through. The LG Content Store has plenty of apps. Compared to other televisions in the same category, the apps are up-to-date and the OS works nice and fast and smoothly.
In addition to the OS, it is very nice that the television has Airplay 2 built in. This allows you (from iOS13) to stream all content such as videos, movies and music to your television without the need for Apple TV. You must first update the television to a new software version before this is possible.
Another nice feature is setting daily schedules for when the television can turn off by itself and which timers you want to set per day. So you never have to go into special settings again to set your television to set a sleep timer of 30 minutes from 11 p.m. on weekdays.
The sound sounds fine, but like any other television, it is advisable to hang a soundbar on it.
The only downside is that it looks a bit less aesthetically pleasing (cheap appearance and narrow, plastic feet), but taste is debatable.

after more than 10 years our old LG Tv broke down and it has a neater design. Once again satisfied with this LG. And that for a decent price

Easy to hang. Several sets of screws are included to be able to choose the right one for your TV.
