According to our kitchen knife expert
You can neatly and safely store the knives in the included knife block.
You get a complete set of knives for a wide variety of cutting jobs.
After use, you can simply clean the knives in the dishwasher.
This set doesn't include a knife sharpener or honing steel.
With the Tefal Ice Force 5-piece knife set, you can effortlessly cut ingredients, thanks to the German high-end stainless steel material. The blades are extra sharp, so you can easily cut vegetables and pieces of meat. The blades were also cooled at -120°C. Because of this, you don't need to sharpen the knives as often. With this knife set, you receive 5 knives. With the Santoku and chef's knife, you can cut meat or fish into thin slices. You use the paring knife to peel fruit. Want to cut thick slices of bread? Use the bread knife. The kitchen knife is useful for every type of cutting work.
Ergonomics
Cutting performance
The knives arrive well packaged! They fit well in the hand, the handle certainly gives confidence to get started! With the 5 different knives that come with this set, you can immediately go in all directions. Whether it's small peeling work or pieces of meat - they are sharp. The block itself is fairly compact and is therefore easy to place in the kitchen. This way you can always store the knives safely, but you can also easily grab them quickly.
An additional advantage is that the knives are dishwasher safe, so they are easy to keep clean. Pay attention the first few times, they are really sharp! We are happy with it :)
