On iPhone lowest volume level 50 dB adjustable

On the iPhone 11pro, lowest adjustable volume is 50db which is quite loud. You can listen to my other earbuds Apple itself and Sony headphones much quieter with a volume of 20 dB on the softest sound setting. The Sennheiser has the message "vollume off" below 50db
