Description

You can play your favorite games in Ultrawide mode with the iiyama G-Master Red Eagle GB3466WQSU-B1 gaming monitor. The monitor refreshes 144 times per second, providing you with a very smooth image. Thanks to the response time of 1ms, you won't have issues with ghosting. FreeSync Premium takes this even further, by adjusting the refresh rate to your fps. This prevents a stuttering image and screen tearing. The screen is 34 inches and has a 21:9 aspect ratio. This allows you to see more of the playing field and discover opponents earlier. You don't compromise pixels for this, because this large screen has a resolution of 3440x1440. This is just as sharp as QHD, but wider. HDR400 provides improved clarity and color representation. Thanks to 2 HDMI and 2 DisplayPort ports, you can connect multiple devices. The monitor is height-adjustable and can be tilted for a nice sitting posture while gaming.

Note: for QHD gaming, you need a powerful video card, such as an NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPU or AMD Radeon RX 5000 series GPU, an Xbox One, Xbox Series X or S, or a PlayStation 5.

Response time is not really 1ms

In short, no flickering issue encountered, and gsync compatible works flawlessly.
Nice response speed, no ghosting and smearing in FPS game. But not really that 1ms fast, you can still notice ghosting on the texts when you scroll fast in a webpage.

After reading all the flickering issue posts online, I decided to give this monitor a try, after I had to send my old 4k 10bit to repair.
And I confirm the flickering issue is gone with the new patch after the firmware update. The screen is fantastic. 144hz works flawless and so does gsync compatible mode. While ppl always say VA panel is bad for FPS due to ghost and smearing, this VA panel doesn't show almost any in the game, once you set the overdrive to +1/+2. But you do notice a bit when you scroll quickly on webpage.
On the other hand, for one who has used 10bit 4k IPS panel, this 8bit VA panel is not really that colorful as I expected. But it is not bad, either. You have quite a lot of options with the monitor settings.
