Given the positive experience with the sound, they are now also directly connected (optical connection) to the television as standard - there is absolutely no need to look for a soundbar for the TV. Meanwhile also directly connected to the digicorder (for watching TV on beamer) and to the Blueray/DVD/CD player. The old amplifier and speakers are now in the attic. In the meantime, we play radio and Spotify for a few hours every day via the excellent Bluetooth connection, with virtually no loss of quality on the connection. Bass has more than enough power for everyday use, even without a subwoofer. By the way, there is no need for our house to be thundered all day long by a subwoofer that would drown out the other sounds, there is currently too much listening pleasure due to the excellent balance between the tweeters and the woofers. The remote control is extremely useful for switching between the multitude of input channels, controlling the volume and possibly slightly adjusting the sound balance in the different sound modes. Undoubtedly there is even better quality on the market, but such (better) quality will cost you (a lot of) money! You are in the right place with the price/quality ratio for this set of active speakers. It's a pity that we are so isolated due to Covid, otherwise we would have invited some family or friends to come and enjoy.
