I bought this machine because the old one stopped working after 19 years. Because of the lockdown, I quickly needed a cheap machine, I didn't even look closely at what exactly the Smart function of this machine was. You can control the machine via NFC and an app, but I haven't been able to get that working on a new Android phone. I don't think it has any added value, you can also just turn the knob to set your program. An app is just more data collection.
There are some strange washing programs such as the eco setting at 40 degrees that lasts 5 hours. If you want to run a mixed wash at 60 degrees that is ready in an hour, you should choose the Hygiene Plus program, but if you set the button to cotton for the same wash, it takes 2.5 hours.
All in all I find the program choice very confusing, but maybe that's because I'm used to my old machine, which had 5 positions; whites, coloreds, temperature, rinse and spin.
The machine washes fine in principle. Is slightly narrower than a standard machine so takes up less space in the depth. As a result, the 7 kg drum is also a bit on the narrow side.
The biggest problem I find is that with every centrifuge the machine is not well balanced and goes horribly raging even though it is completely level and on dampers, but it vibrates in all directions even on low setting. It is quite quiet during the wash cycle, but not with spinning by shaking and flipping back and forth. I'm afraid this machine will break pretty quickly because those vibrations can't be good for all the interior work.
