The Bose Noise Canceling Headphones 700 are the thing for you if you value high sound quality and powerful noise canceling. Thanks to active noise canceling, these wireless headphones muffle ambient noise, which means you can listen to your favorite music without disturbances anwyhere. You can adjust the noise canceling to suit your needs, thanks to the 11 levels. That means you can switch to your preferred setting for each environment or situation, or deactivate noise canceling completely. Thanks to the 4 microphones, you're clearly audible. When you make a phone call, they'll muffle ambient noise, such as white noise. The microphones also make sure you can hear your surroundings. You can decide whether to control the headphones with touch controls on the ear cups or with voice commands. If you choose voice commands, you use Google Assistant.
Headphones with noise canceling reduce distracting ambient noise by creating an anti-sound based on an assessment of the noise in your surroundings. With the Bose Noise Canceling Headphones 700, you can select how much ambient noise you want to hear. You can choose from 11 noise canceling levels. Level 11 provides the most noise reduction.
With noise canceling on, you can listen to music for 20 hours. You can quickly charge the batter if it's empty. After 15 minutes, you can use the Bose Noise Canceling Headphones 700 again for 3.5 hours. It takes 2.5 hours to fully charge the headphones.
These headphones emphasize the bass sound slightly. This means that the bass sound predominates without dominating. The medium-high tones are in balance and don't deviate from how the artist intended. As a result, the sound of instruments and vocals isn't excessively present or absent.

A short review and comparison with QC35s by Bose (XM3s did not cut it for me because no multi-point connection)
Controls are not at all an issue, very intuitive once you use it for a few hours.
Comfort was a big concern for me. I read reviews that it is not on par with QC35s. It is near-identical to QC35s once you wear the headphones in a bit. I personally put mine around the box they came it and overnight the comfort was vastly improved (clamping force reduces greatly, tip from reddit).
Mics are amazing, they work brilliantly in any situation. Biking, walking, in a crowded or quiet environment, they pick up your voice very well and are in another league compared to the QC35. Noise cancelling though is near-identical to QC35s, I'd say the 700s are maybe 10% better.
Sound is similar, although the NC700s do have a noticeably crisper sound to them when compared to the QC35. Both headphones sound flat, but an equalizer solves that wonderfully, and this is where you can really see a big difference between the two. I use Dolby Atmos.
Finally, the design is much better compared to the QC35. I'm by no means someone who cares too much about that, but hold both of the headphones in hand and there's no comparison. All my devices use usb-C and I appreciated the addition. I tried to take the QC35s, I really did. I wanted those extra $100. I wanted to dislike it because I've seen all the reviews. But for the difference, the 700s are just a better headphone.
I should mention, if you have the QC35s, upgrading is not worth it if you're tight on cash. You get slightly better NC, call quality, audio quality, and design. Otherwise, the 700s are an absolute go for me, and I am very happy with the purchase.

Loved the product. Sound Quality is amazing. The touch features makes thing much easier. Call transition is smooth. I bought it along with Coolblue 5 year protection considering it's a bit delicate.

Good pair of headphones for the right user. If your main use would be listening to music, there are better headphones in the market at this price range, like the Sony XM4 that allows for far greater control of the sound profile. If you need to use your headphones for calls (both phone and Zoom/Teams/etc), these are amazing.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
- it was quite cumbersome to connect the 700s to the Bose Music app in the first place
- If you have them connected to two sources at the same time, you get stuttering in the sound (specifically playing music from a Windows 10 computer was quite problematic)
Better than expected
I have used Bose headphones for several years and this is my fourth model. They get better each time and this is no exception. And from Coolblue I ordered them in the evening and had them before lunch the following day.
After comparing the xm3 and the 700, I picked 700. I felt it more comfortable on my head compared to the sony xm3. The battery life is lower compared to the 30 hour sony offers but the ANC in both is almost identical. The multipoint connection works like a charm on the Bose 700. Xm3 doesnt offer this feature and the XM4 is currently more expensive and uses a different chip. If you are using an iphone or apple products AAC codec will deliver good quality sound on the Bose, however the xm4 would struggle with Android and windows devices and will probably not be able to deliver as good quality sound. Overall the Bose is a very nice product. I also like the structure of the headphone, its easier to put it back in the case and doesnt flop about like the sony.
I have been using this headphones every day, even while i'm sleeping. They are very comfortable.
By far the best noise-cancelling headphones I've had. The 10 levels of noise cancellation really allow you to choose the level you are most comfortable with. It's a bit much after a full day of using the headphones, but manageable. The microphone quality is amazing, incomparable with other headphones with this level of noise cancelling.
