According to our laptop expert
If you flip the touchscreen 360 degrees, you can use the laptop as a tablet.
Because this laptop has Bang & Olufsen speakers, the sound is clearer and purer than with 'regular' laptop speakers.
This Chromebook lasts a working day without charging, boots in seconds, and is less susceptible to viruses thanks to the integrated security.
Multitasking is slow with 4GB RAM, so make sure you choose a Chromebook with at least 8GB RAM if you want to work in multiple tabs at the same time.
Not all programs work on a Chromebook, only programs from the Chrome Web Store or Google Play Store.
The 14-inch HP Chromebook x360 14b-ca0360nd is a laptop and tablet in one. If you flip the screen, you can use the Chromebook as a tablet. Scroll through photos or start a video on YouTube via the touchscreen. This Chromebook has a 3:2 aspect ratio, which means more information from web pages is displayed on the screen. With the integrated Bang & Olufsen speakers, you're able to hear voices clearly when you watch something on Netflix. Thanks to the fanless design, you won't be bothered by fans that drown out the sound of your series. The 88-degree field of view of the webcam allows you to chat with the whole family or a number of friends. Chromebook laptops run on Google's operating system: Chrome OS. This allows you to work in programs such as Google Docs and Google Sheets from the cloud. You can store all your photos, files, and videos on the free 100GB of Google Drive online storage for 1 year.
Note: Windows programs don't work on a Chromebook. Want to use Microsoft Office? Buy Office 365.
This Chromebook appears to only get updates until June 2016, and not as Google promises until June 2019 (https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/6220366?hl=en#zippy=%2Chp). My previous Chromebook also only got 3 years of updates. Coolblue should honestly state this AUE date on the website before purchasing. My advice: stay away from Chromebooks, they are disposable products.
