We are terribly ENTHUSIASTIC! Very comfortable and solid chair. The supplied cushions provide good support and a pleasant sitting position. The armrests are easily adjustable and the top layer of the armrest is made of pleasantly compressible material. All logos and lettering are beautiful and stitched with care which is a very nice touch compared to some chairs with printed prints that start to come off irrevocably after a while. We find this chair even better than most ergonomic office chairs. The only downside for me is the lack of the possibility to put the backrest in active sitting. I sometimes like to lean back a bit more when I'm sitting in front of my PC for a while without having to reach for a lever every time. BUT speaking of that lever, what a lever! If you grab the lever you imagine an F16 pilot that is going to activate his ejection seat. As it were, an "Eject" from the stress! Furthermore, the lever is well designed, feels sturdy and is perfectly adjustable so that you can tilt the backrest exactly the way you want it.
