This gives your meat a nice and crispy layer, while the inside stays tender. Thanks to the TransTherm bottom, the heat spreads well and the pan retains heat longer. As a result, you need less heat from your stove. You can easily move the pan with the 2 handles. Thanks to the special design of the rim around the pan, you can easily pour gravy over your meat. This pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction and the oven. After use, simply put the pan in the dishwasher.
