According to our television expert
Thanks to the OLED screen, you get a screen with a high contrast ratio and true-to-life colors.
You can watch realistic and colorful HDR images with this TV, thanks to the 10-bit panel.
The Acoustic Surface audio system of this TV provides a lifelike color reproduction.
The TV doesn't have a rotatable stand to turn it toward your viewing position.
We have now been able to test this magical Sony OLED 55 inch TV for 2 weeks. You know that little kid who is let loose in a candy store, a cow that can go outside again. Honestly, I've been so happy as a kid. Okay practical. TV is well packed in a box with clear description how to take it out. 2 legs are included, just click them into the bottom of the TV and you're done! Super handy, no screwdriver to adjust. I have the TV on a piece of furniture. It has a beautiful elegant thin black edge, is super thin and with the legs it gives an elegant look. Connecting. I put in my HMDI cable from my TV box, plugged in an internet cable and turned it on. You follow an easy menu. You set up all your accounts. Google, Netflix, Videoland, …. He sees your TV receiver and sets it all up. 1 minus I want so badly that I only have 1 remote control and I can not synchronize the TV with my receiver. And then the magic starts a bit. You sit in your favorite place on the couch. You keep your remote control with you and it adjusts the sound to your place and the space!! How fat! This is the first TV in my life where good sound comes out! Normally you need a soundbar. Not necessary with this TV. You really experience a beautiful sound. Small minus, but hey you can't have everything and maybe a tip for Sony. Add a subwoofer for the real enthusiast. But if you already are, you just have it at home. But the magic continues. The TV installation is ready and then there will be a movie… So cool!!! So beautiful!! They color that deep black. As before, like a child so happy. Very nice to press the microphone button and say Search YouTube OLED promo video. The colors, light dark and the real super black is really excellent. Same when you walk into a large retail chain and find promo TV, that whoww feeling, but in your own living room. Oh yeah at the promo video with the lion my kids stepped 3 steps back so real! What also strikes me is that it doesn't matter whether you're sitting right in front of the TV or looking from the side, the image is just as beautiful. The screen does reflect a little bit. So you can see, for example, the lights of the Christmas tree. The operation of the TV is easy and clear. Bit of Netflix style. The remote control has a Netflix button and Google play button with a huge choice of movies ect.. . But the most useful is the home button where all your accounts come together in an overview. You adapt it to your wishes and add apps that you want. The choice is huge. The built-in Chromecast is easy for all your devices. Play something for the kids on your phone or do a workout or yoga. What also works well is that it has bluetooth. Put on your child in front of the TV and headphones and you have peace in the house or put the sound on your earpiece and the rest of the family will not bother you!
