Excellent!

Sublime sound, as you would expect from Audio Technica.
High/low nicely balanced. No exaggerated bass head!
Sounds much better than the more expensive noise canceling headphones.
Charging cord and audio cable on the short side.

The sound is fantastic! Sounds much better than much more expensive noise canceling headphones. Highs and lows are nicely balanced and the stereo image is very good. I didn't miss the noise canceling for a moment, not even on the plane. The closed construction provides excellent insulation.
