This was very easy to do via the Asus App that I already used with the RT-AX88U. Connect cables, power on, search for a new AiMesh router. The router was soon found, click on "set as " and in 5 minutes the router was running in the AiMesh setup here. Then took the router to the place in the house where I wanted it. (I chose to connect it wired) With Maximum Speed 2.4GHz 574Mbps and Maximum Speed 5GHz 1.201Gbps, it is certainly not the fastest and may not be the most suitable solution for “real” gamers.
