You do receive notifications of appointments, but you cannot look at your agenda on your watch itself. It does have a calendar app, but then you have to re-enter all your appointments. Furthermore, you can't make calls with the watch (you can ignore the call) and you can only answer text messages with standard answers, but I don't mind that.
