I've had this product for 2.5 months now and I like it so far. The machine is fairly compact, so it fits nicely in a corner in our not-too-large kitchen. The coffee is at a good temperature and you can make two milk specialties at the same time, although I hardly use this option, because it takes almost as long as making a cappuccino (or another type of milk) at a time. As with many other fully automatic coffee machines, the temperature of the milk specialties is a bit on the lukewarm side, I solve that myself by using double-walled glasses.
