According to our smart light expert
You don't need a bridge, because you can connect the light to WiFi directly.
Via the WiZ app, you can choose the color you want for any moment.
Because the light is connected to WiFi, you can set up routines and control it remotely.
You can't connect the lights to a bridge you might have.
These light don't copy the color of your TV in real time.
It's a very cheap quick solution, for the price of a second-hand hue, you have 2x a WiZ.
My living room is Hue because of the integration with Ambilight

Beautiful light, good quality, versatile, and many useful features. The time-based automations are especially helpful.
