It feels cheap, you have to tighten everything yourself and then it often doesn't stay in place. The red arms you put in a hold and stay in place without you having to tighten anything.

I was reluctant to buy a mic stand because I never really needed one. I always just took the mic out and put it on my desk and connect it to my mac. It was annoying, but it worked.
After buying this, it's always on my desk, but not really on my desk, it's low profile, so I don't see it in my view and it also doesn't appear on camera. It was a bit pricey, but it has made my life a tad easier.

The product is well finished and fits the bill. But it is too easy to over tighten the clamp that attaches it to the table, bending it in the process. I have mine setup on the limit, and I can definitely see that the arm isn't parallel to the table, sagging a little bit. But I shouldn't tighten it more, as it would surely bend the clamp.
