JBL Live 770NC Black

Over the past few days I had the chance to try out the JBL Live 770 NC headphones. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and easily it connected to my laptop. It was a matter of turning on the headphones and a notification immediately appeared on my screen to connect. With a single click, the pairing was completed and I could enjoy crystal clear sound through these JBL headphones.

The ease of use of the headphones is impressive; all controls are intuitive and clear. In addition, the wearing comfort is excellent. The headphones are made of sturdy material and have an attractive design. Even during long listening sessions of about 2.5 hours, it remains comfortable.

The sound quality is exceptional and lives up to the name "Live", as if you were present at a live performance. The noise-canceling function works very well and significantly increases the listening experience.

The only downside I experienced is that the buttons are located exactly where I position my fingers when putting on and taking off the headphones. This takes some getting used to, but I expect this will become normal over time. Other than that I couldn't find any disadvantages. In short, I am very satisfied with these headphones and would definitely recommend them.

certainly not a bad pair of headphones. Feels solid and fits well on the head. Connection with different devices is very easy, some devices already indicate that the headphones can connect, accept and you're done.

In my case, I have paired the headphones with my phone and my work laptop. When I am listening to music on the laptop and I receive a call, it automatically switches to my phone, when I have finished calling, the music continues where it left off.

When you listen to music and take off the headphones, the music also stops, when you put them back on, the music continues.

For example, when you receive a call via Teams and you put on your headphones, it automatically answers the call, which is handy.

In my opinion, the noise cancellation is good, when you turn it on in combination with music you really don't hear the surroundings and people will have to wave to get attention.

I also tried the headphones while running, they are also good for this, but it seems that you hear the "thumping" of running, with or without noise canceling. but this could also be my fault.

The sound is very pleasant, nice high and low tones, so that is certainly positive.

I mainly use these headphones while cycling. They sit comfortably over the ears, which is nice in cold weather because they keep your ears warm. Unfortunately, the noise cancelling does not perform as I had hoped; ambient noise in traffic is hardly dampened. This disappointed me, because I expected more from this.

Another major drawback is the wind noise. When the wind blows against the ear cups, you can clearly hear it, which is annoying. My previous, considerably cheaper JBL headphones without noise cancelling also suffered from this. I had hoped that this model would tackle this problem better, but unfortunately that is not the case.

The sound quality is good, and for indoor use these headphones are excellent. The sound comes through clear and full, which is ideal for music or films. For outdoor use, for example in traffic, a cheaper JBL headphone offers comparable performance.
