Note: this service needs to be paired within 48 hours after activating your drone. Has your drone been active for more than 48 hours? Then read our manual on how to pair the service. This card is only suitable for the DJI Mini 4 Pro.
Do you want an extra service when your DJI Mini 4 Pro drone is damaged? Then purchase the DJI Care Refresh Card Mini 4 Pro (1 year). With this service, your drone will be repaired or replaced for a fixed price up to 2 times. The cause of the damage won't be considered for this. You'll pay € 75 each time. Even if it's completely broken. This way, you prevent a high bill. You won't pay any shipping costs in the region where you bought the card. Malfunctions which are covered by the warranty are error messages, signal failure, damage by collision, and water and fall damage, for example. You can also lose your drone during a flight. In this case, it's possible to request a new drone once. This falls under the Flyaway Coverage. For a replacement model, you pay € 255. The Care Refresh Card is valid for 1 year.
DJI Care Refresh extra service
If you purchase the DJI Care Refresh Card Mini 4 Pro (1 year), you'll receive 1 extra year of service if your drone breaks. This service doesn't run via Coolblue but via DJI itself. Go to the manual (PDF) for more information.
