Bought this product for the Xbox series X because the headset could not be connected to it. Pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the earphones are and the sound, it is plug and play! If the standard earplugs do not fit your ears, extra earplugs are also included!

I normally buy Sony earbuds, and I got a pair of JBL earbuds for the first time because of the lower price. The sound quality is very good, just as good as Sony's. However, the volume doesn't get as loud as with other earbuds. I have it turned up to the maximum, but it's still not enough.
