Meta Quest 3S 256GB

The Meta Quest 3S is a fun device that takes me into a completely different gaming world. My experience with the Quest 3S is good, unique and cool. The games on the Quest 3S are entertaining and the VR glasses work very well. The fresnel lenses could be a bit better. Easy installation When I take the VR glasses out of the box, I see the glasses, controllers, a charging cable and a face cushion for glasses wearers. I put the batteries in the controllers, put the VR glasses on my head and get started right away. The installation is easy. Through the glasses I see instructions while I install the glasses. The steps are clear. When the glasses are finished installing, I immediately download some games and get started. The installation takes about 5 minutes. Headband and fresnel lenses I can easily adjust the standard headband of the Quest 3S to my liking. This way the glasses sit well on my head and do not fall off. The comfort of the glasses could be a bit better, but I only noticed this after a few hours of playing. The glasses then rub my cheeks a little. The fresnel lenses are fine and display the images well. I see a small haze in the corners every now and then, but that is always the case with fresnel lenses. The lenses display my surroundings and the virtual environment well. Excellent battery life with beautiful images I have nothing to complain about the battery life. I play for a long time without charging the VR glasses. When I play a larger game, such as Batman, the glasses run out a bit faster. Fortunately, the Quest 3S charges quickly, in about 2 hours. The images while playing these games are smooth and sharp. The Batman game looks very nice, which makes me completely lost in the game. Other games, such as Beat Saber or open worlds, are also displayed beautifully and clearly by the glasses. Augmented and virtual reality With the Meta Quest 3S I experience 2 different worlds, namely augmented and virtual reality. This is called mixed reality. In augmented reality I see my own environment with virtual elements that adapt to it. For example, I see the main menu of the Quest 3S very sharply in my environment and the menu adapts to my position. The virtual reality images seem real, as I expect from VR glasses. It is as if I end up in a completely different world.

Still discovering many possibilities. Price-quality excellent compared to the Quest 3.
