According to our laptop expert
With the Apple MacBook Pro, you can work smoothly in the most demanding apps and files.
With the Apple M4 Max chip, you can perform complex calculations, develop apps, and connect up to 4 extra screens.
With 32 graphics cores, you can easily edit 8K video projects and 3D designs on your MacBook.
The large 16-inch screen size makes this MacBook less easy to carry in your bag or work bag.
We recommend a newer model from 2025 onward if you want to receive the latest updates for as long as possible.

This is my first MacBook, but what a machine in combination with Lightroom!

I am a MS tech expert.. and have always worked with Windows (still do, business). Because I am also a content creator, and have made two bad purchases (more expensive Windows laptops, where the battery was empty in 2 hours), I made the (for me) special decision to buy a MacBook pro. FANTASTIC DEVICE! Of course it takes some getting used to (different operating system), but it is a fun challenge. The battery life and general quality of this laptop is unmatched. I say this after working with this laptop for a few weeks, consciously waited with the review. Nice screen, good design and relatively light. No regrets!
