After a few weeks with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus, I quickly noticed how smoothly it works, how good the screen looks and how long the battery lasts.
Fast and powerful
What immediately struck me is how smoothly everything runs. Apps open quickly, scrolling is smooth and it also remains nice and fast with games. Instagram and TikTok open immediately and videos load quickly. Even when I do multiple things at the same time, such as watching a video and looking something up at the same time, it continues to work well.
Clear and large screen
The screen is nice and large and looks nice. Colors are vivid and the image is nice and sharp. Nice if you like watching videos or relaxing with a series. Because it is slightly thinner than the Ultra, it also fits better in the hand. I can hold and operate it more easily.
Strong battery
The battery easily lasts all day, even when I use my phone a lot. Also when listening to music, watching videos, and scrolling through social media. At the end of the day, my battery is not completely empty.
Good cameras and editing with Galaxy AI
The cameras of the S25 Plus are really very good. I take sharp, colorful photos, even when it's dark or raining. The night mode helps a lot with that. With the telephoto lens I zoom in up to 3 times without the quality deteriorating. Those zoomed-in photos just look neat. By the way, I can easily fix small mistakes with the Galaxy AI. For example, I can remove a speck of dirt or unwanted person from the picture, without downloading another app.
Feels comfortable in the hand
What I like is that the S25 Plus feels slightly lighter and slimmer than the Ultra. It therefore feels comfortable in the hand and fits more easily in my trouser pocket. You don't have an S Pen, but I don't really miss that.
