According to our expansion for routers expert
Thanks to WiFi 7, you can reach higher speeds and you're less bothered by interference from other devices.
Thanks to the 3 separate WiFi bands, you always have a stable network for a large number of devices.
This system has 10Gbps network connectors for the fastest wired internet connections.
The expansion is an addition to a NETGEAR mesh system and doesn't work on its own.
To use all the improvements of WiFi 7, your devices need to support this.
I bought the Orbi RBK 853, and I needed three satellites for good reception. This set has excellent range, both indoors and outdoors in the garden. Installation was very simple, simply via the app. This isn't a set for those who want to do a lot of configuration; there aren't many options, just the basics. Even if you use the admin portal instead of the app, it's fine for that.

Simple installation, but it took 24 hours before I had stable Wi-Fi.
