The Tefal Thermo-Signal dot turns an even red when the pan is at the right temperature. That way, you can always start cooking at the right moment. The pan is suitable for all heat sources including induction and up to 175°C in the oven. For example, you can sear a piece of meat and cook it further in the oven.
