Whirlpool WMW47HMB

Make sure you have enough open space under the oven panel for the door to tilt open. In our case, the installation dimensions were correct, but the panel below closed too high, so we had to place the oven on a raised platform and saw off part of the top panel of the kitchen. Not a problem if you're handy, but it's something to consider before buying.

We recently had the opportunity to try out the Whirlpool WMW47HMX combination microwave. We already had a similar appliance at home that was now six years old, so we were curious to see how it improved.

At first, it took some getting used to the controls. The buttons work a little differently than on our previous appliance: you have to press a bit more firmly, and the menu is structured differently. But once you get used to it, it's intuitive.

The preheat function is exceptionally efficient and fast. The convection function delivered excellent results – whether it was meat, pizza, or pasta, everything came out perfectly cooked and crispy. What struck us most was that the microwave function felt much more powerful than on our previous appliance, despite both having 900W of power.

The Crisp function is a handy addition for those who want to quickly put something crispy on the table. While it's not exactly the same as a traditional oven, it comes surprisingly close.

All in all, we are very satisfied with this appliance. It combines ease of use with powerful performance and versatility. We can therefore confidently recommend the Whirlpool WMW47HMX to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient combination microwave.

I replaced my microwave, oven, and aerogrill with the Whirlpool, saving a lot of space in my compact kitchen. The appliance delivers 900W of microwave power, 1600W of grill power, and 800W of convection power, so it can handle almost anything. The 7 cooking settings and automatic programs like Forced Air and Bread Defrost are convenient. The 40cm glass tray is spacious, and the 6th Sense technology automatically adjusts cooking times. The only downside: it takes a little while to get used to the programs, but otherwise, it's excellent.
