It washes well, but I miss some standard wash programs. So I'm trying to adjust some settings myself. I'm constantly being denied the 10kg load. It has a maximum load capacity for each program, which is usually only 5kg. It's strange and inconvenient.

Very dissatisfied with Coolblue's service. They received two incorrect deliveries: one wrong product and one defective product. They also connected it incorrectly, and the delivery driver explained that the damage to the house was part of the deal.
I had everything picked up and canceled the purchase. But be warned, this is also very time-consuming, as we've been trying to get our money back for two months. Coolblue is issuing multiple (7 in total) nonsensical refunds. And then, in the end, we're still missing €40.
Yes, Coolblue, you know exactly what this is about. And it would be nice if you could resolve the matter.

Freshen up without washing: you reduce wrinkles and freshen up clothes without a wash cycle thanks to the smartFinish steam function.
For extra-large loads: with its 10kg load capacity, you can even wash a whole comforter in 1 go.
Wash energy-efficiently: with the A-20% energy label, you can wash energy-efficiently and save up to € 270 over the lifespan.
No automatic dosing: the washing machine doesn't have intelligentDosing that automatically doses the detergent and washes clothes extra thoroughly.
Loud noise during spinning: the washing machine makes a lot of noise during spinning, so you'll be bothered more by the noise.
