After having a disappointing robotic mop that didn't even make my house clean and mopped in streaks, I was both curious and apprehensive about trying a new one. After having the Dreame Aqua 10 Track for a few days and testing it extensively, I can say that this is a breath of fresh air.

The device picks up dust very well and gets into corners easily. No surprise – good robotic vacuums have been around for a long time. But what blows me away is the mopping. My floor looks really clean, without streaks. The grey wastewater proves that quite a bit of dirt was indeed picked up from the floor. The fact that the roller track is continuously cleaned also seems much more hygienic and efficient to me than rotating mops. At the base station, the roller mop is also hot-washed, disinfected, and dried every time. The robot also has a retractable LIDAR radar, so it gets right under your sofa or bed and recognizes and avoids obstacles.

Is it perfect? No, a robot can never clean 100% thoroughly like a human would, so some corners or spots might be cleaned just slightly less well. Also, hard or caked-on debris on the floor doesn't always come off immediately. I also doubt Dreame's claim that it effectively mops with 45-degree water. Finally, the app can be a bit overwhelming until you get the hang of it. But don't let this discourage you; these minor drawbacks do not outweigh the device's qualities.

In short: are you looking for a cleaning robot that gets the job done reasonably well and relieves you of the heaviest cleaning work? Then this one is highly recommended.

First impression: wow, that thing mops well! What a luxury with a few pets in the house.

Unfortunately: after 2 weeks, the drain holes were clogged all the time. After half an hour of wading through manuals, watching YouTube videos, and poking around with cotton swabs, the thing would do its job again. And from then on, that happened roughly every two days.

We ran the vacuum once in the evening and once during the day. Very often, we found the vacuum stuck somewhere in the morning with a flat battery. Only to find the mop unable to be cleaned any further in the afternoon due to 'too much water on the base plate'—caused by the clogged drain holes. After a month, the plastic parts of the base plate started to warp. Bonus: when picking it up to return it, we noticed a large puddle under the base. RIP our parquet floor. So, not recommended!
