My perfect helping hand!

The product arrived incredibly securely packaged. Unpacking it was a real treat – I couldn't wait to finally try it out. Normally, I vacuum first and then mop, but this thing is simply brilliant. Assembly was incredibly easy, no instructions needed. I filled the tank with clean water and was ready to go. Two settings: Eco and Max. Eco is a bit gentler (handy if you want less noise), but Max really cleans – artificial grass granules and dog paw prints gone in no time. Perfect! Emptying the dirty water container wasn't too bad, but you have to do it regularly otherwise it starts to smell. The base is compact and fits neatly within reach in the room. This makes my life so much easier. I still need to vacuum occasionally, but the mop is out. I'm sold!
