Well, what an experience this was! We're used to a regular iron, with few functions and a limited water tank, and we wanted to see if a steam generator really was that much better than a regular iron, especially considering their higher price. We'd heard a lot of good things about steam generators in our immediate circle. But honestly, we weren't disappointed at all!
It heats up and is ready to use in just a few minutes. The iron itself is lightweight, and the steam makes it glide effortlessly over the clothes. Wrinkles are gone in no time! I won't say ironing has suddenly become my new hobby (haha), but the ease of use and speed make ironing less of a chore. You can see the ironing pile decrease quickly, which is a wonderful feeling. Ironing can be done much faster. Yes, it's an expensive investment, but it's definitely worth it (especially in the long run)!
