Vortech Essential Gaming Chair Black

The Vortech Essential Gaming Chair is a good entry-level model. I can easily adjust the height of the chair so that I sit properly in front of my monitor. However, it does take a bit of searching to find a comfortable sitting position due to the back support. But once I manage that, I sit just fine.

Clear manual In the chair's box, I find all the materials and the manual. Thanks to the images in the manual, it is clear to me how to assemble the chair. I sort all the screws and materials by type so that I have a good overview. I get to work and assemble the chair in about 20 minutes.

Easily adjustable I adjust the height of the chair using the lever on the right side behind the seat. This ensures I sit at the correct height for my monitor. I adjust the backrest using the lever to the right of the seat. The backrest is adjustable to an angle of 90 to 135 degrees. What I do find a pity, however, is that the backrest is always fixed. Personally, I like to lean far back occasionally and stretch out, but that is not possible with this chair. I also adjust the height of the armrests and can easily rotate them inwards and outwards. This allows them to quickly settle at the right height. When I play with a keyboard, I prefer to rest my arms on my desk. Therefore, I lower the armrests so they sit underneath my desk.

Adjustable neck and back support The chair's back and neck support are adjustable. I can also quickly remove them from the chair when necessary. Both are secured by an elastic band with a snap closure. The neck cushion is soft and supports my neck and head well. Personally, I find the back support less comfortable. It feels a bit thick to me. The upper part of my back sinks back slightly. Because of this, it takes a bit of searching to find a sitting position that feels comfortable for me, but I eventually find one. I have plenty of seating space thanks to the wide seat of 57 centimeters.

Ease of use The chair is reasonably light and rolls back and forth easily. The wheels also roll well over low-pile carpet. This allows me to quickly and easily roll into my chair if I need to grab something that is just out of reach. Thanks to the fabric material, I can have long gaming sessions without getting too hot, even on warm summer days.

nice gaming chair

The chair is as expected, is comfortable, and the product is exactly as pictured. A great gaming chair, especially if you haven't had a gaming chair before.
