The pan is made of 100% recycled aluminum and has a PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating. Thanks to the ceramic non-stick coating with Scratch Guard, your pan wears less quickly. The pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction. You can prepare dishes in the oven up to 220°C. For example, you can prepare an oven dish or fish in the oven without using a separate baking sheet. That saves you work when you do the dishes.
