With the DJI Care Refresh Card Neo 2 (2 years), you get an extra service for when your DJI Neo 2 drone is damaged. The Care Refresh Card is valid for 2 years. With this service, your drone will be repaired or replaced up to 4 times for a fixed fee. The cause of the damage doesn¿t matter. You pay € 32 per time. Even if it¿s completely broken. This way, you avoid a high bill. You don¿t pay shipping costs in the region where you bought the card. Problems covered by the warranty include error messages, signal interference, collision damage, water damage, and fall damage. You might also lose your drone during a flight. In that case, you can request a new drone 2 times. This falls under the Flyaway Coverage. You pay € 99 for a replacement drone.
DJI Care Refresh 2 years extra service
If you purchase the DJI Care Refresh Card Neo 2 (2 years), you'll receive 2 extra years of service if your drone breaks. This service doesn't run via Coolblue but via DJI itself. Go to the promotional Terms and Conditions (PDF) for more information.
