If you care about cooking and are serious, the ATAG is the way to go ! ATAG is the brand that gives you the performance you need to deliver excellent quality dishes with a lot of attention to detail and precise cooking. This model surprised me with more than 20+ functions, food probe, steaming (I steamed close to 1kg of broccoli and cauliflower with no issue) and what not. I can recommend with two hands. My only remarks are really minimal, but we had to order a separate airfry basket as it's not included. And additional telescopic rail might be nice on some of the other levels

I've been using the oven for 2 weeks now; installation was simple: take the old one out and put the new one in. The appliance itself indicates that it wants to clean and calibrate itself first.

After that, the fun begins; there are plenty of options, and I've tried all sorts of things by now. The oven heats up nicely and quickly, and the full steam function works well too. Steaming at temperature falls under sous vide, so you do sometimes have to tap through the options/menus a bit, but you get used to that quickly.

The Airfryer function is slightly better than regular hot air; it's a nice option.

It bakes beautifully evenly; I don't have to turn anything from left to right or back and forth.

The design is also the downside; in glossy black, dirt shows up quickly. It's not a disaster, but it might be good to know. The touch buttons take some getting used to, but it responds quickly.
