Description

With the Ooni Volt 2 Gray, you can bake pizzas at temperatures up to 450 degrees Celsius. This lets you make a Neapolitan pizza with an airy crust in about 90 seconds. Choose 1 of the presets for Neapolitan, thin and crispy, or pan pizzas. This way, you can match the preparation to your favorite pizza style. You can also let dough rise or heat up frozen pizzas in the oven. With the roast and grill mode, you can toast bread or grill vegetables. The Boost function provides extra heat from above. This gives your toppings and crust a crispy result. Save your favorite settings under 1 of the 2 custom presets. This way, you can use the right settings for your pizza right away later.
