Eufy Omni E35

The Eufy Omni E35 cleans my floors easily and thoroughly. Immediately after I took the robot out of the box, it started its setup round. The robot finds its way through my house easily and misses few spots. The robot struggles to reach narrow and tight corners. Therefore, I still clean these areas myself.

Navigation and object detection I wanted to challenge the robot a bit. While driving, I placed my foot in front of the robot. It seemed to be driving straight towards me, but stopped neatly half a centimeter before it hit my shoe sole. It did this with other furniture as well, which gave me a lot of confidence in the navigation and object detection.

Clearly laid-out base station The base station is reasonably compact compared to other base stations. The station is also well-organized. It has a dirty water reservoir and a clean water reservoir that I can easily empty and refill. The station sucks dust out of the robot and stores it in a sealed dust bag. Because I suffer from dust allergies, I am very happy with this. When I throw away the dust bag, I no longer have to sneeze. The dust bag is also very large. I let the robot vacuum a few times a week and empty the dust bag after about 60 days.

Easy maintenance I also clean the robot myself occasionally. Because I can easily detach various parts, this is a fine job. For instance, I remove the water and dust reservoirs from the robot without any hassle and rinse them off in the sink. I tap the filter out over the trash can and replace it after a few months so that my allergy doesn't bother me.

Cleaning edges The robot recognizes my baseboards using a laser on the side. It extends its mop so that it covers every edge thoroughly. It also cleans along my baseboards with the side brush. However, the robot does not extend the side brush very far. As a result, it vacuums slightly less far behind my planters.
