When you have a drain to the outside, you choose an exhaust ventilation system. This type of extraction is the most powerful of all extraction systems. The extractor hood transports the cooking vapors through an air exhaust hose. This extractor hood has a motor and can therefore not be connected to a central exhaust system. However, this type can be converted into a recirculation extraction hood.
