Modulating thermostats

A modulating thermostat works together with a modulating boiler. Such a boiler doesn't turn your heating completely on or off, but keeps adjusting the heating a bit. That way, it costs less energy to heat your house. That means that you can save a lot of energy with a modulating smart thermostat.
