Yes, you can. You need to have at least 9 employees. Contact Coolblue Business for a credit request. This request takes about 1 working day. As soon as your credit request is approved, you can place online orders on credit. This way, you can also easily place an order in the weekend or evening.
Can I order products without VAT?
No, we usually include Dutch VAT in our invoices. Is your company liable to pay VAT? You can get the VAT refunded via the VAT return. Do you have a valid Dutch VAT number, and is your order worth at least € 10,000 per product type? We'll make an exception.
How do I request a quote?
Contact Coolblue Business for a personalized quote. Call us at 010 79 88 969 or send your request to zakelijk@coolblue.nl. Quotes can be requested from € 3000 and a minimum of 2 products. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:30.
What's the status of my order?
In My Coolblue, you can easily view where your package is. Here, you'll also find a link to your Track & Trace. You can also find the Track & Trace code in your shipping confirmation email. Is your Track & Trace not correct on the day of delivery? Contact our account managers
How do I register a return online for a business order?
As a business costumer, you can easily register your return via the online return form. Within the 30 days after purchase, you can choose for a free trade-in, repair, or return of your product. After 30 days, your product will always be repaired.
